Mon Parcours Social
Service & UX Design
"Mon Parcours Social" is a prototype designed to facilitate communication between social applicant and french social workers. It aims to enhance user involvement and autonomy in requesting social assistance.
This service design project was developed on-site during a "Remix" supervised by Erasme at the Maison de la Métropole of Vaise, in collaboration with our DSAA Interactive Design class (Bac+4).

Design Process
On-site immersion
First, we participated in an ideation session with the social workers. I joined the group focused on enhancing the experience of agents during their interviews with social assistance applicant.
Our interviews highlighted the need for social assistance applicants to feel like active participants in their own situation. The procedures, which are often very complex, make the process lengthy and disorienting for those seeking assistance.
2. Prototype
I created several user paths that involve a tablet.
The agent and the aid seeker get together to co-construct the aid seeker's path.
This tablet tool allows the agent to better transmit these ideas and makes the help seeker responsible for his or her social approach.
The interview then allows the aid seeker to become more involved at home by showing him their next objectives and actions on their phone app.
3. Light User Tests
We finally presented the project to the social workers through role play in order to gather as much feedback as possible for improving the prototype.
